Danvil Claims Batch 2 Update – September 2016

The Insurance Commission has recently published a Danvil Claims Batch 2 update. This is an additional list of plan holders whose checks are scheduled for releasing starting today. These are plan holders who already filed their claims but were not included in the first list of Batch 2 claimants. Releasing of checks is also being done for those who have filed their claims after the release of the first Batch 2 list.

Who Are Included in this List?

The names included in this additional list can be found here. As per notice, the Insurance Commission is continuously releasing checks to the following:

(1) For planholders with fully paid (but not yet matured) plans after the Stay Order of the IC dated 10 October 2013, the premiums they paid will be returned to them in full;
(2) For planholders actively paying their plans, the premiums they paid will likewise be paid to them in full; and
(3) Planholders whose plans are not fully paid but their names are included in the master list.

Where to Claim

Checks are being released at DANVIL’s office located at the 2nd floor PPSTA Bldg. 1, Quezon Avenue corner Banawe St., Quezon City, Monday- Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. 1. Hello,
    I just saw this blog. I am out of the country and have not been updated on the status of Danvil. Are they still paying until now?

    1. Mam,

      I was Just browsing around the net for any update and came across with your BLog it was very informative and Suddenly a burst of Hope came about.., we already filled our claim unfortunately we are base here in Saudi we are not able to follow up till date.

      is there any chance you have the link or list of all the claims for both 1st batch and 2nd bath it would be very helpful mam.,

  2. I am just wondering if I can still claim my money . I didn’t know that Danvil is closed now . I paid my policy and the maturity will be this coming march 2017. Iam norw resideng in UK and going for holiday on Jan 2.
    what I will do now.

  3. Hi Ms. Teresa,

    Ewan ko at bakit sa pagkatagal-tagal ko nang sinukuan ang Danvil e naisipan kong mag-search bigla tungkol dito. I didn’t know na as of last year, meron na palang procedure regarding sa claims.

    Honestly, I don’t know my exact status with regards sa policy ko. I mean I’m not sure if I am part of the “masterlist” (which I haven’t seen yet), wala rin ako dun sa Batch 2 Sets 1 to 2 na list – maybe because I have not yet made a claim (eg. submitted the documents to Danvil)

    All I know is that I have a fully paid policy (with all documents intact) supposed to mature on Nov 2019. Can I still make a claim? Hope I still can. If yes, I plan to go to their Banawe office on Wednesday to submit my documents. This Tuesday kasi may scheduled release sila ng checks so baka di nila ako ma-entertain.

    Any advise from you will be greatly appreciated.
