Land Partnership with CitiGlobal
Land owners are always looking into ways that can make their properties more productive in terms of use and income. There are basically two options available which are to rent/lease out the land or sell it. Real estate developers like CitiGlobal Realty and Development, Inc, are very optimistic with regards to more business opportunities that are now available to land owners of which land partnership is one.
What is Land Partnership?
Land Partnership is a collaboration where land owners who partner with developers get to cash in on the income produced by the developed properties. Upon the agreement between a landowner and the developer’s representative, the landowner can generate profit by choosing one of two options: by sharing property income or by ownership of units which they can sell or lease. The developer will upgrade the earning potential of what was once barren land through innovative designs and master-planned developments.
Through land partnerships, land owners have the opportunity to earn much more as they work to increase a property’s value by 100% to 1000%. Land owners can turn small revenue into larger sums through this arrangement. A harmonious and beneficial partnership between the developer and property owners allow the latter to simply relax and watch their income grow.
Potentials of Land Partnership in the Philippines
There is abundant land in the Philippines teeming with potential but are often neglected, unused, and undeveloped. They have low profit value and can only provide its owners with small revenue if sold. Landowners simply selling their land to the highest bidder is not enough. There is another way for property owners to make profit and gain from the land’s maximum earning potential which is through land partnership.
The Real Estate industry is booming and is expected to grow even more once the ASEAN integration begins this year. The Philippines will be marketed as a prime tourist destination, boosting the tourism sector and strengthening the economy thereby attracting foreign investors. New business districts even outside Metro Manila are expected to rise. The creation of new business districts implies the need for land to develop in Metro Manila’s surrounding areas. This is certainly a great time for land owners, developers, and people who are looking to invest in land as it opens plenty of business opportunities. Investors looking to set up shop in these new districts will play the part of interested land buyers, boosting the demand for land to develop. When demand increases, value also increases.
Land Partnership with CitiGlobal
CitiGlobal Realty and Development, Inc. is currently offering land partnerships with owners who have 2 to 2000 hectares. It uses land partnerships to transform land into condominiums, residential spaces, hotels, beach resorts, commercial and mix-use development communities, such as the ones shown below. My Say
People acquire land usually to ensure security for the future. Aside from the obvious benefit of having a ready asset to dispose if and when a considerable amount of cash is needed, land ownership provides income-generating opportunities that can a support not only a person’s life time but also his descendants’. This feeling of security is very important in the Filipino culture, and so is sentimentality.
Not many families are willing to part with properties they inherited or have worked hard for even in financially-difficult times. The preferred option is typically thinking of ways to improve the property and see it grow in usefulness and income generation. Land Partnership with CitiGlobal offers a viable option. If you have an idle land somewhere, you should seriously consider this.

That’s a nice way to monetize or convert to useful properties for your landholdings. Just make sure you get a fair share of the property.

If it’s in a residential place or in a bustling town, this is something worth considering. My concern is when this becomes the status quo, I hope they do not encroach on beautiful lands we want to preserve especially in the provinces.

This is interesting. I wanted to discuss this with my in-laws. This might help resolve land property partition issues.

Thank you so much for posting this, I have recently talked with my friend on the phone suggesting this kind of a deal/partnership and while reading this it gives enlightenment on the things she has told me. And I found out that its really good to invest something that will give us security in the future.

This land partnership will soon be the name of the game here. Sayang if only own even 10 hectares gora na ako.

CitiGlobal presents such an opportunity but, like you said, people aren’t willing to part with their land because they don’t know the greater value they get out of it. There should be awareness of the program’s benefits, opportunities, and effects though before we can dream of a wiser resource consumption.

I think that land partnership in the Philippines will really soar as there are lots of vast lands waiting for the right opportunities to be developed. This is a great investment I should consider maybe in the next 3 years.
